M.S. Biomedical Engineering, Clemson University, Clemson, SC, 1982.  Masters research on the relationships between the mechanical, material and physical properties of bone.  Studies concentrated on biomaterials and biomechanics.  Representative of the department to the graduate student body.

 

B.S. Biomedical Engineering, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, 1979.  Course work emphasis on polymer engineering, metallurgy and bioengineering.
